Recap: Severance
The show centers around Mark Scout (played by Adam Scott), an employee of Lumon Industries, a company where employees undergo a surgical procedure known as "severance." This procedure splits their memories into two parts: the “work self” (Innie) and the “home self” (Outie). The “Innie” knows nothing of the outside world, while the “Outie” is unaware of what happens at work.
